New Video -Windows on a Train

June 2010

Welcome back folks,

Well, after what was a very busy time for me, during April & May, I managed a trip to the Gold Coast early this month to spend some quality time in the studio with my producer Louie Shelton, choosing new songs for my second album, to be released later this year. Wow, those Nashville writers sure know how to pen a tune!
I am busting at the seams, to get into the studio and start recording in late July, the songs are incredible, and ironically, so relevant to, so many experiences in my life in the last two years, I just can’t wait to breathe my emotion into them, and share the finished product with you all!

Rumour has it, there may just be a special guest or two on this album as well!

No doubt, the last two months has been jam packed for me, I had fabulous time performing with Aussie Country Music Great Adam Harvey in Tumut, at the historic Montreal Theatre, our duet of Jackson, by June Carter and Johnny Cash, will no doubt be talked about for a few years to come.

One of my Favourite events the Lovedale Long Lunch, didn’t disappoint me either, as usual, with crowd attendance of over 15,000 people, beautiful weather, and plenty of new fans!!!

Thank you to all my fans who managed to come along to my show at Rooty Hill RSL on my band and I had a great time. I’m sure you could tell!

Mayworth Line Dance Festival was true to form this year, it was an absolute pleasure to be involved again, especially to be invited to perform alongside American Artist Scooter Lee. A big thanks and congratulations to West Tamworth Leagues Club & Chris Watson for all their support and another great festival!

As you all know, another of my favourite events, happens very close to home this month, the Blue Water Country Music Festival is set to go ahead, in beautiful Port Stephens, be sure to come along and catch one of my shows, the team will fill you in with all the details.

Be sure to add me on Facebook, where you can keep in touch with me regarding up-coming shows in your area and much more ….

Victoria enjoys another successful year at the annual Lovedale Long Lunch!

The sun was shining, and there wasn’t a cloud in the sky, for yet another year of fine wine, gourmet food and fabulous music in the beautiful Hunter Valley.

This years Lovedale Long Lunch was still in it’s prime after 15 years of holding the annual event, both fans, and organisers were just as dedicated as before.

Performing at her resident Vineyard Gartelmanns Wines, Victoria wowed the crowds over the two days of the festival.

Victoria’s verdict: “The Lovedale Long Lunch is a ‘must do, before you die’, this year we had visitors from all over the country, including Perth and New Zealand!, if you haven’t been before, be sure to come along next year, check your diaries and, make sure you keep the third weekend in May free, I guarantee you, you won’t regret, well maybe”, she adds with a cheeky grin and a laugh.

For your chance to attend the Long Lunch in 2011, grab group of friends, and keep and eye out on

Buses run from most areas.

Harvey & McGee rock the Montreal Theatre -Tumut.

Well, on her way to Tumut, our girl fell in love with the little town of Gundagai, she hasn’t moved there…yet!

Performing support act to one of Australia’s favourite’s Adam Harvey, Victoria & Adam, wowed the crowd, with a surprise duet for their audience of ‘Jackson’, the June Carter & Johnny Cash Classic.

Montreal Theatre is a historic venue in the tiny country town of Tumut, and one Victoria hopes to return to in the near future, “ Having just returned from a country such as Ireland, where you see such beautiful country-side, I was absolutely mesmerised by just, how beautiful, our own country side was, in this stunning little corner of Australia, I was completely taken and didn’t want to go home!, performing with Adam at such an amazing venue, was just an absolute thrill, I had a ball, I hope we get to share the stage again more often”. Victoria said on her return.

Victoria & her band leave the audience at Rooty Hill RSL begging for more!

Perhaps it’s the fact that all of the musicians on stage that night were completely comfortable with each other, and they know this little singer, enjoys a good time, but something magical happened last month when Victoria and her band took to the stage at Rooty Hill RSL, audiences members begged for more, and jumped to their feet to applaud, when Victoria and band finally finished their encore. Faithful fans and new attended the show, and Victoria hopes to return to the Rooty Hill as soon as possible.

Performing over two nights, McGee was delighted when she heard she was to headline the festival alongside American Country Artist Scooter Lee.

The Festival was a huge success.
